About MS Together

MS Together exists to provide social and mental health support to people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), with a particular focus on young adults aged 18–35 living with MS in the UK and Ireland. We also aim to raise awareness of MS and offer advice and support to anyone impacted by the condition.

Our mission is to create a strong, supportive community where young people with MS feel seen, heard, and empowered to live their best lives.
